ABG: Excellent Mr. Sparrow. My strategery is working perfectly. This ship is now the ultimate power in the KOBOZ universe. There will be NO ONE to stop us this time.
Capt Jack. “That’s a little cliché don’t you think? I mean, with us going up against the Rebels this week?
Another season is upon us and shortly you will endeavor to draft the greatest team in KOBOZ league history. I just wanted to take this opportunity to inform all of you that this will be more of an exercise in futility than Sam Kinison trying to keep his job at the Public Library.

Are Captain Jack's days numbered? Rumor has it that after the devastating loss in KOBOZ Bowl VI, that Dreadnaught's CEO, Admiral Scott 'Big Gun' Backstrom is planning to spend most of the off-season with his new best friend, the legionary Captain Morgan.
"Well... At least I will know where the rum has gone," said ABG.

Sources close to the organization report that the Lake Lida Dreadnaughts have signed a secret contract with Captain Jack Sparrow, formerly of the Black Pearl, as Special Plays Coordinator for 2003.
"With Jack's cunning and unending trickery, we are a shoe-in for the American Grey Cup this year," said Scott Backstrom, owner of the Dreadnaughts.
